About Lost and Found
If you forget something on a Reolian bus, please call our customer hotline - 2877 7888. Everything found on our buses is returned to our Lost and Found Office located at:
澳門宋玉生廣場258號建興龍廣場二十一樓
No. 258 Alameda Dr. Carlos D’Assumpção, 21th floor, Kin Heng Long Plaza, MACAU.
We will call you back if your property has been found. Our Lost and Found department is opened from Monday to Friday from 09:00am to 07:00pm. Please inform in advance our department on your expected pick up time in order for you to reduce your waiting time.
Important:
- Please bring your ID when coming to our lost and found department to recover an item.
- Items are normally kept for 30 days before transferring them to the Security Police Department of Macau SAR.
- Lost ID or travel document found are normally kept no more than 7 days before transferring them to the Security Police Department of Macau SAR.
If you happen to find something while you are on a bus, please give it to our bus captain or our headway controller located in most of our bus line terminal. They will turn it in to our Lost and Found department.
How to get by bus to our Lost and Found Department?
Nearest bus station are M253 and M251:
Al. Dr. C. D’Assumpção (M253):
- 1A - Direction to NAPE
- 10A - Direction to Terminal Maritimo
- 17 - Direction to Centro Cultural
- 23 - Direction to Torre de Macau
Centro Transfusões Sangue (M251):
- 3A - Direction to Ponte Horta
- 8 - Direction to Ilha Verde
- 10A - Direction to Barra
- 12 - Direction to P. Serenidad
- 23 – Direction to Ilha Verde
