We want to know what you think about Reolian, our service, our employees and the equipment we use, or about the public transport in general. Your feedbacks are very important to us.

Commendations:

To commend Reolian employees for outstanding service, please call us or write your comments using our web form. You can also send a mail to our customer service. 

We ask that you provide a brief description or reason for your commendation, along with the employee's position (driver, headway controller, bus team leader, customer service staff; the bus number (for drivers) or terminal name (for headway controller or bus team leaders); and, the date, time and location of the event. 

We will pass the commendation along to the employee and insure that he or she is properly recognized. 

Complaints:

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to know about it immediately. Be prepared to give us specific information, including the bus or route number; and, the day, time and location (Name of the station, station code such as M1 for Border Gate for example) where the event occurred. 

We will investigate your complaint and report back to you in within 15 working days.

Important: in case of a complaint related to our bus service, the bus number is important to our investigation. Our bus number can be located inside the bus at the front in all our buses or at the rear door for our medium and large buses and outside the bus at the front and at the back of the bus.

We have simplified our bus numbering as follows:

  • Small Buses:      10xx       Example -> 1001, 1040, etc.
  • Medium Buses:   20xx       Example -> 2003, 2045, etc.
  • Large Buses:      30xx       Example -> 3008, 3050, etc.


Please, do not hesitate also to notify us any mistake related to passenger information at bus stations, within our buses or on our website. 

Suggestions:

We fully encourage your suggestion on how to improve our service. 

The DSAT may review our route arrangement and bus schedules several times a year. Customer suggestions are very helpful in this process; and we encourage your input. 

Trip Information:

Please call us if you need information on your bus journey. We can provide you information about your bus line, fare ticket, traffic disruption, and last network modification.
