Main responsibilities

Job Title : Parking Lot Assistant
Main responsibilities
- Provide shuttle bus service for drivers
- Arrange parking lots for buses
- Instruct operation for GPS, Macau Pass system to the new drivers
- Re-fueling
- Send/collect buses to/from maintenance centers or Terminus
- Maintain safety environment in car park
- Monitor all in/out buses
- Lunch box deliver service for driver at terminus

Job Title : Operation Officer
Main responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints
- Prepare driver notices
- Handle route diversion and bus stop suspension (central contact on route diversion info with DSAT)
- Handle external correspondence
- Manage driver warning letter (from issue to filing)
- Manage document control#
- Maintain terminal asset list and monthly checking procedures
- Maintain cell asset list for operation
- On-site ad-hoc operation support
- Purchase terminal amenities
- Organize accident files monthly
- Arrange bus captain interview for customer complaints and serious accident
- Check driver interview schedule daily & reschedule those who are absent
- Coordinate with market lag and commercial and call center

Job Title : Investigation Specialist
Main responsibilities
- Manage for all matters relating to safety and security
- Keep all staff’s safety file
- Coordinate monthly safety meeting
- Formulate all the daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly safety report
- Supervise company program about risk prevention and incident/accident disposal, including response, investigation, analysis and therefore afterward policy & training
- Response to regular/contingency incident and accident, investigating and formulating relevant enforcement plan
- Take action upon regular/contingency incident and accident if needed
- Support plan of environment plan
- Ensure the compliance of career health & safety regulation and other rules etc

Job Title : Lead Mechanic
Main responsibilities
- Coordinate for maintenance process
- Organize and motivate maintenance service team
- Monitor cleaning status of vehicle and equipment to comfort with standard
- Compile all necessary maintenance documentation including maintenance report, numbering of correspondence and others etc.
- Provide routine preventive maintenance for vehicle and equipment
- Implement preventive plan according to company and OEM request
- Keep record for repair and preventive work
- Deliver direct vehicle maintenance
- Provide vehicle maintenance including but not limited to adding fuel,
- engine oil, refrigerant
- Deliver vehicle bodywork concerned maintenance and paintwork

Job Title : Call Center Assistant
Main responsibilities
- Manages all input and output contacts with customers (telephone, letters, e-mail, SMS, fax, etc). Acts as a key contact to answer customer inquiries and complaints
- Performs call backs in accordance with existing policy
- Implements and optimizes Customer Service activities
- Interfaces between internal and external contacts
- Cooperates with other department’s selected issue owner to handle clients’ complaints in time
- Creates the daily news summary report from local newspaper, radio and other media means

- Communicate with Headway Controllers (contact with HC, arrange supplies to HC , etc)
- Communicate with driver committees for meetings
- Maintain operations meeting attendance and minutes
- Prepare envelopes for letters to drivers
- Manage Macau Pass Card and Uniform record

- Check fare box and trash bin
- Post or change passenger information, leaflet, and other papers on a bus according to management instruction
- Record for all cleaning work executed
- Provide cleaning services to other facilities (workshop, office etc)
